Just like Derek, Dwayne is also haunted with the spirit of an old warrior. But unlike Derek, he is fully aware and in control of it.

Dwayne is a rebellious vampire. In Moon Crest 24, vampires live in underground communities referred to as "colonies". In these colonies vampires must all wear dark, hooded robes so that if they're spotted by humans, their vampire features won't be noticed. Dwayne however refuses to wear those robes unless he really has to. He's best known for flirting with human women so that he may still a bit of their blood, something that is against colony rules. He claims to have successfully seduced around one thousand girls throughout the course of his life.

Dwayne has a bracelet with a chain attached to it. This chain is connected to a frozen interval between dimensions where he keeps objects wrapped by the chain. Attached at the end of the chain is a little bird critter that can travel between dimensions. Dwayne uses this method to store away bulky things like his weapon.

Dwayne's weapon is a 5' tall drill with a gun-like handle. The trigger activates the motor mechanism inside the drill which makes it rotate at high speed. It is held like a sword.
